The Azerbaijani language
An
interesting fact about Azerbaijani:
Azerbaijani was first written with the Arabic
script, then the Roman, then Cyrillic script in
1938. A different version of the Roman alphabet
was reintroduced in 1991 but has been poorly received
and most Azerbaijanis continue to use the Cyrillic
alphabet |

Our Azerbaijani linguists
As well as being qualified and tested linguists all our Azerbaijani translators and interpreters sign up to our code of conduct which governs expected quality levels and ensures confidentiality. In addition, our database keeps track of all their specialist areas so we can find exactly the right person for your assignment.
Azerbaijani translation
For Azerbaijani translations, Geo works with qualified, expert translators.
All our Azerbaijani translators are professionals translating into
their mother tongue. Normally they will live in the country where
the target language is spoken so that they remain up to speed with
the language and culture. The only time this doesn’t work is
if the translator is required to have knowledge about a linguistic
community outside the target culture... for instance if our Azerbaijani
translators based in the target country might not have the necessary
understanding or terminology to translate a document for the Azerbaijani
community in the UK dealing with UK bodies and concepts..e.g. the
Financial Ombudsman or the NHS. In these instances Geo works with
qualified Azerbaijani translators in the UK to use the correct, established
terminology. See our translation
section for more information on Azerbaijani translation or have
a look at our industries
section. If you need help with back translation from Azerbaijani,
then we also have a great database of validated, high quality translators
to meet your needs.

Azerbaijani typesetting
Typesetting in different languages can be tricky if you don’t
know what you’re doing. Hyphenation rules change. Fonts sometimes
aren’t supported in some design packages. Some languages read
left to right (like English), others (like Arabic) read right to left.
Azerbaijani is no different, but you can rest assured that we can
help you. See our typesetting
section for more information on Azerbaijani typesetting or have
a look at our industries
section.
Azerbaijani media services
Geo can even offer Azerbaijani voice-overs, Azerbaijani dubbing, Azerbaijani
audio and video recording s and Azerbaijani subtitling. See our media
