Yes – we finally got round to doing another customer feedback survey. The global pandemic got in the way a bit and we felt our customers probably had better things to focus on, so we’ve been a bit tardy. Anyway we are pleased to announce that:

100% of respondents said our Enquiry Handling was “good” or “impressive”

100% of respondents said our Quality of Work “exceeds expectations” or is “always great”

100% of respondents said our Project Manager support was “above expectations” or is “always great”

100% of respondents said our Value reflected the quality of service

100% of respondents said our Speed of service was “good” or “great”

And 98% of you said that would recommend, or already had recommended us. Only one person said “probably” and we might be able to move on from this in about 4 years when we manage to do another survey.

We do appreciate that the above looks like a total whitewash and you are probably thinking that it was our mums that filled in the survey. Unfortunately we do actually get audited for this sort of thing as part of ISO9001, so these results, although very flattering, happen to also be genuine.

A big thank you to everyone who took the time to fill in the survey and for the kind comments. Ideas for improvement are, and will always be, welcome.
