Bemba (also known as Cibemba, Ichibemba, Icibemba and Chiwemba) is the most common indigenous language spoken in Zambia by the Bemba people. It is also used as a lingua franca in areas of Tanzania, Botswana and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
